As soon as you become a member, you get full access to 250+ workouts, nutrition and mindset videos. You will have access for as long as you are a member. There is also a WhatsApp group for members you are welcome to join if you want to meet others.

Yes of course. The workouts are available to do anytime and anywhere from wherever you are in the world.
If you want to use heavier weights for the strength workouts, then going to a gym is recommended. Otherwise, the workouts are designed for you to do from the comfort of your home too. -
You can start with absolutely nothing - just somewhere to train and ideally a workout mat. As you progress and want to challenge yourself, you may want to purchase weights or bands to use. However, many of our members use books, bottles or anything they have at home in order to keep it simple. Ideally, a mat and 1-2 dumbbells is a great place to start!

Club Five was a LIVE and on-demand workout club for 5 years. Talilla made the decision to close the live version of the club in August 2025, due to a number of personal/ health decisions. However, she wanted to keep the doors open for members to access all of their favourite workouts from the last few years and continue their incredible training!

Your monthly fee is reoccurring for as long as you want access to the videos. -
Any ability, any body. We have a whole range of members, from beginners to those who have been with us for 5 years. All workouts provide modifications, regressions and progressions to exercises so that you can always perform at YOUR ability!
